Three new ANR projects

Three projects coordinated by scientists from the nanoMIR group have been granted by the French National Research Agency (ANR) within the 2018 call. These project deal with high operating temperature superlattice photodetector for the full mid infrared, silicon micro-resonators for gas sensing and vertical-cavity THz lasers. They will start early 2019.
