Habilitation thesis
On December 18th, 2020, Jean-Baptiste Rodriguez successfully defended his “habilitation” thesis entitled “Epitaxy and investigations of antimonide-based materials and devices”. He summarized 18 years of a rich career and proposed enticing perspectives to his work. The committee was impressed by his achievements and accumulated knowledge, as well by his vision for the future of the antimonides.
