NanoMIR in Semiconductor Today

Semiconductor Today echoes the order of a RIBER system for antimonide research by the NanoMIR group in the News section : Materials and processing equipment. The equipment order has been funded under the ‘HYBAT’ project (ANR-21 -ESRE-0026) by the Investments for the Future program (PIA), managed by the French National Research Agency (ANR). It will consist in a multi-chamber system to deposit III-V IR photonic materials on silicon.
