Article in Science Advances: Quantum Spin Hall Effect at 60 K!

In collaboration with U. Würzburg and L2C (U. Montpellier/CNRS), we have demonstrated QSHE up to 60 K in III-V semiconductor heterostructures. This opens the way to new electronic devices. More details here.
