Three new ANR projects

Three projects coordinated by scientists from the nanoMIR group have been granted by the French National Research Agency (ANR) within the 2018 call. These project deal with high operating temperature superlattice photodetector for the full mid infrared, silicon micro-resonators for gas sensing and vertical-cavity THz lasers. They will start early 2019.

A busy summer!

The scientists of nanoMIR have participated to numerous conferences this summer, presenting a number of invited communications, oral communications or posters. Among those conferences one can cite: UK Semiconductors, 4 – 5 July 2018, Sheffield (UK). The International nano-optoelectronics workshop (iNOW 2018), 21 – 27 July 2018, Berkeley, CA (USA). The 34th International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS 2018), 29 July – 3 August 2018, Montpellier (France). 8th International Quantum Cascade Laser School and Workshop (IQCLSW 2018), 2-7
