Four new projects
Two projects involving scientists from the nanoMIR group have been granted by the French National Research Agency (ANR) within the 2019 call (https://anr.fr/fr/detail/call/appel-a-projets-generique-3/). These projects deal with mode-lockedinterband-cascade lasers and the integration of quantum-cascade lasers on a SiGe platform.
A project on themonolithic integration of nanostructured spectral filters on IR photodetectorshas been granted by the ASTRID 2019 program (https://anr.fr/fr/detail/call/accompagnement-specifique-des-travaux-de-recherches-et-dinnovation-defense-astrid-8/).
nanoMIR is a partner of the Innovative Training Network (ITN)project OPTAPHI(Optical Sensing using Advanced Photo-Induced Effects, GA n° 860808) awarded by the European Union in the framework of H2020 Marie Sklodowska-Curie actions.
All these projects will start early 2020.
